Innovations for Learning is committed to obtaining long-term independent university research on the effectiveness of its products and services. 

A Demonstration Project using TeacherMate handheld learning devices was undertaken in the 2009-2010 school year in three Central Texas schools districts. Click here to download the findings.

In 2006-07 the Spencer Foundation funded a team of researchers at National Louis University led by Professor Camille Blachowicz to study the impact of the Reading Program. Click here to download the findings.

Professor Bill Teale of the University of Illinois at Chicago is currently studying the impact of TeacherMates® in the 200 Chicago Public Schools that Innovations for Learning deployed in the 2008-09 school year. Chicago Public School teacher describes DIBELS gains.

Dr. Paul Kim led a collboration of Stanford University and CETYS Universidad in a study of the impact of TeacherMates in Baja, Mexico.  The researches found that students in a rural school acheived greater gains that students in an urban school, which may be due to the higher socioeconomic level of the families in the rural school.
