Seth Weinberger is the founder of Innovations for Learning, and the developer of its first software programs. Seth is also a co-founder of the Cherry Preschool in Evanston, IL and is on the board of the Evanston Community Foundation and Interfaith Action. Seth is special counsel to the international law firm Mayer Brown, where he has been a member of its Global Information Technology practice for over 25 years. |

|
John Friedman produced his first digital art at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in the late 1970’s and has been developing multimedia, entertainment, and educational software for publishers including SVE, Electronic Arts, Parker Brothers, and Acclaim Entertainment for over 20 years. Since coming to Innovations for Learning he has continued multimedia programming as well as developing and maintaining the IFL web applications and network infrastructure. |

|
Alexandra, a Northwestern University graduate, has used her background in child psychology, film, and computer animation to design and create software for Innovations for Learning. As current school and tutoring coordinator, she works to bring together first-graders just learning to read with Chicago-area volunteers looking to make a difference in a child's life. |

Cary Zakon, Program Manager |

|
|
Cary Zakon joined IFL in early 2002 assisting in the growth and management of schools, the tutoring process, and program development. Past work experiences as network administrator for a Sonoma, CA winery and program manager for the non profit Youth Technology Corps make him a happy fit for IFL. Cary's second outlet for change is as a board member of Next Generation, a Bay Area non profit that empowers young people to work for peace and the environment. He balances time in front of computers and kids with cooking, hiking, yoga, and the rejuvenating air of the Redwoods. |

Hemal graduated in Chemical Engineering with an Honors Diploma from DD Institute of Technology. Although a Chemical Engineer by profession, his keen interest in computer animation and multimedia led him to a career of game developer. Prior to getting associated with Innovation for Learning, he has been actively creating educational games. One of such game is 123KIDS that teaches children Painting, Music, spellings and solving math puzzles. He also taught students programming in Flash action script, 3D Studio, Java, and C++. |

Leslie Cunix, Professional Development |

Leslie Cunix retired in June, 2007 after 34 years in the Chicago Public School system, where she taught Spanish as a second language, Bilingual Education, and Computer Science. Leslie earned a B.A. in Education and a B.S. in Computer Science from Northeastern Illinois University as well as an M.S. in Education focusing on Integrating Technology in the Classroom from Walden University. She found teaching to be very rewarding, and is pleased to continue working with students and teachers. |
